Pre-Session Guidance
REQUIREMENTS:

Download & fill out a Client Intake Form if you are a new client or if you need to update your information

Bring a printout of your completed form to the session

Comfy style dress, like sweats or yoga clothes
WHAT NOT TO WEAR TO YOUR SESSION?

Jeans

Belts
-
Bras (unless comfy sports bra)

Jewelry or watches (piercing jewelry is ok)

Electronics (necessary medical devices are ok)

Fragrances like perfume
ADDITIONAL TIPS:

Be mindful of the activities you schedule the day of a session

Crystal healing and energy work can sometimes leave one feeling "blissed out" or tired for a short time after a session (as mentioned in the post-session guidance)

Post-Session Guidance
BE SURE TO RE-GROUND AND RESET YOURSELF AFTER A SESSION. HOW TO DO THIS?

Take a relaxing bath or shower

Hydrate w/ water and eat a healthy meal

Move your body-light stretching, a light walk, yoga

Allow yourself ample time to rest and recuperate
TUNE INTO YOUR BODY AND BE MINDFUL OF THE "ADJUSTMENT PERIOD". WHAT IS THE "ADJUSTMENT PERIOD"?

This is the time your physical and energetic bodies take to integrate and process the healing work of the stones + any changes made to your body's energy flow

The "adjustment period" can occasionally cause temporary feelings of fatigue or emotional sensitivity

This is natural with energy work and will pass shortly

Grounding and resting will help

Once these subside, your body has fully recalibrated to a new level of health and radiance

If you do not experience symptoms following a session, know that healing has still occurred

Symptoms vary based on intensity of the session, your sensitivity to energy work, and what all you are healing

The experience informs us of your tolerance to energy work and helps me tailor future sessions to you according to your comfort level
